There'd been enough sunshine this afternoon to tempt me out for an hour or so but typically its appearance didn't coincide with the gleaming Belmond liveried machine, which will no doubt shortly return to Royal Scotsman duties. 66729 is just visible on the rear of he train (17/08/2020)
33207 + 37706 ease off the power for the Woodlesford call on the first of this year's Scarborough Spa Express charters to run via the Aire Valley. The pair have just passed underneath the M1 at Stourton with 1Z24 0737 Carnforth - Scarborough, which they would work as far as York's Holgate loop (20/08/2020)
