The NMT was booked to cover the Settle & Carlisle route as far as Kirkby Thore, but with the line beyond blocked until further notice because of the landslip at Eden Brow would later re-trace its steps before heading for Tyneside via the ECML (13/05/2016)

25278 'SYBILLA' arrives at Whitby with The NYMR's 1T14 1200 service from Pickering, which it had worked forward from Grosmont. The train was top-and-tailed with a steam loco owing to the run-round loop being blocked by the visit of a charter train for the afternoon (28/05/2016)
