As darkness falls, 47402 stands at Bury with the 1600 Rawtenstall - Heywood during the ELR's 'Sulzer'-themed Diesel Gala (12/02/2022)

47853 + 47593 pass through Wakefield Kirkgate with the 5Z423 1200 empty stock move from Holgate Sidings to Crewe HS off the previous day's 'Statesman' charter from Scarborough to Appleby and back (13/02/2022)

47853 + 47593 await departure from Stevenage with 1Z37 0556 'Statesman' charter to Fort William. The pair worked the train in multiple as far as Craigendoran, where the 'BR blue' liveried machine ran round onto the rear due to weight restrictions on the West Highland Line (05/03/2022)
