47367+47596 await the arrival of a northbound train at Thuxton whilst working 1W07 1200 Dereham - Wymondham Abbey during the Mid Norfolk Railway's end of year Diesel Gala. This weekend was the first time I'd been able to sample the '3' since it arrived from the North Norfolk Railway back in May (28/12/2014)
The first day of the Gala had been dogged by late-running, which meant we'd missed out on the second and final round trip of the day behind this pair. Just as normal service seeming to be returning, '367 once again let us know who's in chare by failing shortly after departure and playing no further part in the event. Here's hoping my next visit in February will be slightly more rewarding (28/12/2014)
