I'd always intended to make my way home off this train but my plan to do it out of Lindau was scuppered by the temporary timetable beyond Enzisweiler. The alternative was to pick it up at Friedrichshafen but late running on two consecutive services meant that ultimately I had to settle for Ravensburg, where 218448 + 218463 are seen arriving with IC118 0854 Innsbruck - Bochum. On a day when not much was going right even these two only got as far as Ulm before the train was cancelled due to defective heating (22/11/2021)
